Sundhöll Hafnarfjarðar

Sundhöll Hafnarfjarðar is known for its calm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a popular destination for local residents and older adults. The pool is also used by the Hafnarfjörður Swimming Club for part of its training programme, while students from Víðistaðaskóli, Engidalsskóli, and Hjalli attend swimming lessons here as part of their school curriculum. The facility features a 25-metre indoor swimming pool measuring 8.7 metres wide, with a maximum depth of 3.2 metres at the deep end. Outside, visitors can enjoy two spacious hot tubs in a sheltered garden area, one of which is equipped with powerful massage jets, as well as a cold plunge pool. Separate sauna facilities for both men and women are also available, providing the perfect setting for relaxation after a swim.
