Further east, there are outdoor fitness equipment and play areas. Throughout Kópavogsdalur, numerous benches provide resting spots for those who wish to take in the surroundings and observe the lively atmosphere. The valley also features school gardens for children aged 5 to 13, offering them the opportunity to grow their own vegetables. Additionally, the area boasts several exciting running routes, including the popular "Himnastígurinn," which leads from Kópavogsdalur up to Digranesheiði.
