Plútóbrekkan, located below Seltjarnarneskirkja, is extremely popular in winter, with many young residents of Seltjarnarnes and Vesturbær returning home with rosy cheeks after spending entire days sledding down the slope. In the summer, locals also use the hill for training, building endurance by running up and down the staircase that runs alongside the slope.
